EP!C is a local not-for-profit dedicated to enriching the lives of adults with developmental disabilities.

We are currently seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee all clinical aspects for our individuals.  

Program Coordinators are required to have a Bachelors Degree in a social services field such as psychology, sociology, human development, etc. One year experience in working with developmental disabilities is also required. QIDP qualification is a plus.

The Program Coordinator will support and educate the philosophy of the agency mission/vision statement and current strategic plan.  In addition, the Program Coordinator works with the individual, their medical providers, and their family members to develop and implement the overall plan of care for the individual. The plan doesn't just focus on medical needs, but what the individual would like to accomplish in life, setting their goals and helping them achive those goals.  

The Program Coordinator will ensure all individual plans and overall care is being implemented properly, will develop Individual/Person Centered Plans, and provide leadership and training where needed.


Must be 18 years of age.

Must have a high school diploma or GED.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Must have a valid drivers license.

Must have own vehicle with insurance as personal vehicle will be used.

Experience working with persons with developmental disabilities preferred, but not required.

This position will require some on call hours during some nights and weekends.  EP!C offers mileage reimbersement, 403B Retirement Plan, Major Medical, Dental, & Vision, Paid Holidys & Vacation, and much more.
